More NBA level talent will soon be coming through Tulsa on their way to stardom. The Tulsa 66ers announced they will now be the developmental team for the Seattle/Oklahoma City SuperSonics starting in the 2008-09 season. This seems a natural fit for Tulsa and Oklahoma City only being separated by 90 miles and the Sonics' eventual move to OKC.

During the first quarter of this year, apartment rental rates here in Tulsa and in Oklahoma City rose. Based on commercial real estate data, both cities have made a turn for the better by reducing vacancy rates among apartment renters and seeing growth in the rental market thus far in 2008.
