Tulsa ranks poorly for TV switchover Prep

Tulsa ranks 3rd worst in the nation for digital TV switchover preparation. Apparently, we haven’t done enough to be ready for this change. A study found that over 14% of households in Tulsa “have done nothing to ensure” they’ll have reception. The government will even give you $40 to buy one.
