    It’s scary to read about the citations some of the top hot spots in the Tulsa Metro. I applaud the Tulsa Health Department for putting the database online. I cringe at the violations some of my restaurants have received.

    Now if the THD would only institute the A-F grading scale/signs that Los Angeles does…
